I have been in the mortgage industry since 2016 and before that served in the USAF. After working at a Corporate Lender for sometime I decided to open Valor Mortgage in 2019 an independent Mortgage Broker. My mission was to provide my clients a better mortgage with lower rates and fees. I also wanted to help more Veterans use their VA home loan benefit to their best of their ability.

THE DEPARTMENT MAINTAINS A RECOVERY FUND TO MAKE PAYMENTS OF CERTAIN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET DAMAGES SUSTAINED BY BORROWERS CAUSED BY ACTS OF LICENSED RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATORS. A WRITTEN APPLICATION FOR REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE RECOVERY FUND MUST BE FILED WITH AND INVESTIGATED BY THE DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO THE PAYMENT OF A CLAIM.
